Heart & Sole: The Rowan Jo 5K

Join us for the second annual Heart & Sole 5K, a heartfelt event in memory of Rowan Jo, a beautiful soul we lost in January 2025 to a congenital heart defect. This race is a celebration of Rowan’s life, the joy she brought to those around her, and the light she continues to shine in our hearts.

All proceeds from the Heart & Sole 5K will benefit The Rowan Jo Foundation. The purpose of The Rowan Jo Foundation aims to provide scholarships to individuals who have been personally affected by congenital heart defects — whether through their own diagnosis or through the diagnosis, treatment, or loss of a family member or loved one — to be used for tuition, books, housing, and other qualified educational expenses. Additionally, The Rowan Jo Foundation aims to support hospitals and medical institutions providing care and treatment for congenital heart defects. By supporting such organizations, we aim to help advance early detection, improve surgical outcomes, and give other children and families facing CHD the gift of more time, more answers, and more hope for the future.

This isn’t just a race — it’s a chance for our community to come together, share memories, and support a cause close to home. Whether you run, walk, or simply come out to show love and support, everyone is welcome.
