Grind For The Mind is a running race on September 13, 2026 in Warminster, PA, featuring the 5K distance, with an entry fee of $40.
From the Organizer
Grind For the Mind, presented by Bria Method and The Brad Fox Charitable Foundation, is proud to bring you the 3rd annual charity challenge event focused on promoting mental health awareness. Members of the community are encouraged to part-take in a fitness run that highlights the strength within ourselves, the obstacles we all face, and the endurance needed as we prioritize our individual mental health.
This charity event consists of running and exercise challenges around the loop of Warminster Community Park to test participants’ physical and mental strength. The total distance of the loop is approximately 3 miles.
This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to join with friends, family, and members of the community to raise awareness for mental health and engage with organizations such as NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
Grind for the Mind will take place on Sunday, September 13th - 9:00am at the O'Neil Pavilion within Warminster Community Park.
WAVES:
Participants that wish to push their limits can select the 'Elite Wave' upon registering and will be sent on the loop first.
Participants who want to embrace the obstacles but do not wish to compete in the elite group can select 'Standard Wave'.
Participants that wish to run, walk, or skip the obstacles if they please, choose the 'Run/Walkers' wave.
All are welcome to participate at your desired level of intensity regardless of skill, age, or ability!
Please arrive early and head straight to the O'Neil Pavilion for check in
