From the Organizer
Join us for the Glow for Recovery 5K Run/Walk, a FREE community event honoring National Recovery Month on Friday, September 25, 2026, beginning at 7:45 PM at the Elizabethtown Sports Park.
This fun, family-friendly glow run/walk celebrates the strength, hope, and resilience of individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. Whether you’re walking in support of someone you love, celebrating your own recovery journey, or simply showing your support for a healthier community, you’re invited to light up the night with us!
Together, we can shine a light on recovery, reduce stigma, and remind our community that hope and healing are possible.
Registration for the event is FREE, participants can purchase a special race t-shirt during the registration process if they choose to.
Race bib and t-shirt pickup will begin at 6:30PM before the race.
The race will begin and end at the Soccer Pavilion.
Glow Up Stations – Stop by our paint station before the walk to add some extra glow with neon paint!
Glow Gear Encouraged – Dress in your brightest neon, glow-in-the-dark, and light-up gear to shine on the course.
T-Shirt Availability– Participation is free, but event t-shirts will be available for purchase during registration if you registered before August 1st at 11:59pm.
