Lace up for the 46th Annual Freeze for Food!

This year, we’re excited to partner with Open Doors for Refugees, reflecting the collaborative effort that has been growing over the past few years. From helping with event coordination to volunteering on race day. This doesn’t change anything about your race experience. Whether you run, walk, or donate, every step and dollar helps create a stronger, more inclusive Madison, WI community!

Bib pickup will be available at the PRE-REGISTERED – BIB PICKUP table at Vilas Park Shelter — look for the sign!

Please arrive early.

5K begins at 12:00 PM
10K begins at 1:00 PM

Both races will start promptly.

SUPPORT FOOD SECURITY WITH A FOOD BANK DONATION

In today's climate, the challenge of food security is more prevalent than ever. Our runners have always been strong supporters of these vital projects, and this year, we are proud to host a food drive once again. 

Please bring your donations to the collection bin at the Vilas Park Shelter on race day. The pantry is in special need of:

  • Non-Perishable Pantry Items: Essential food items to stock the pantry shelves.
  • Bags: The pantry needs clean plastic, paper, or cloth grocery bags!

 

VOLUNTEER FOR THE FREEZE FOR FOOD

Help make the Freeze for Food a success! Volunteers are needed for Pre-Registration, Start/Finish Support, Aid Stations, Setup & Cleanup, and Post-Race Activities, etc.
