From the Organizer
Run, jog, or walk in our wicked fast downhill mile race then join the Rainbow Day Party with a Purpose in the Town Park.
Inspired by the legacy of Sidney Mae Olson, the Rainbow Fund is on a mission to make every Massachusetts community a place where kids are free to move. Your support will help our nonprofit to build a bike park for kids and continue our work.
The course starts at the top of Summer Street in Andover and runners will fly down Summer and make one turn at Whittier Street to finish in the Park. Celebrate that new PR with our party in the Park.
9:00 Wave 1: Elite wave - all runners with an estimated finish time under 6:00
9:02 Wave 2: Competitive wave - all runners with an estimated finish time 6:00-7:30
9:04 Wave 3: Citizen wave- all runners with an estimated time 7:30-10
9:06 Wave 4: Rainbow wave- all other runners and walkers. Runners with strollers and dogs please start in this wave.
Please park at the finish area and use the walk to the start as your warmup. We love bikes and scooters but please leave those at the party in the park with our bike/scooter valet and run or walk the Freedom to Move mile.
