Experience a trail run unlike anything in the city as you travel through the hills and knobs of the beautiful Forkland Community. Registration includes a ticket to the Forkland Festival pancake breakfast and a T-shirt. After the run, plan to enjoy the festival’s crafts, music, and community atmosphere. The course begins with a challenging quarter-mile climb, continues through open meadows and wooded trails, and finishes with a downhill stretch to the finish line. Unique handmade awards will be presented during the pancake breakfast at the shelter behind the Community Center. Once you experience this one-of-a-kind trail run, you’ll want to come back every year. Prefer to walk? Bring friends and enjoy a scenic countryside stroll. Runners should expect this challenging 5K course to be slower than a flatter road course. Please register by October 1, 2026, to guarantee a 2026 T-shirt. Vintage T-shirts will also be available. New for 2026, we are adding awards for the 70+ age group.
