From the Organizer
Join F3 Naperville on Sunday, September 27th, 2026, for our 8th annual 5K, once again being held on the beautiful trails of St. James Park in Warrenville, IL. This year, our premier fundraising event proudly supports third F initiatives. Run or walk with us on an official USA Track & Field course, knowing that 100% of the proceeds will benefit a non-for-profit charity to be announced later. Whether you're aiming for a personal record or enjoying a leisurely pace, all are welcome to participate in this great event!
Each registration is tax-deductible and if you're feeling generous, there is an opportunity for incremental donations. Additionally, there are sponsorships available for all levels!
We will once again be running on a beautiful USATF certified 5k course at the beautiful St. James Farm property in Warrenville, IL. The course itself is an undulating crushed limestone path that weaves through the prairie and woods with views of the horse barns towards the beginning and end of the looped course. For more information on the route, please see the link below. All registrations before August 22nd will be guaranteed to receive a limited edition F3 5K t-shirt! (Shirts are sized in Men, Women, and Kid sizes.)
To help make this event even MORE fun and family-friendly, there will be a Kona Ice truck on-site all morning for each child to receive a FREE crushed ice cup! Have your kids run or walk any of the events and then treat them to a special treat to celebrate their accomplishment!
Parking is FREE! Located outside the special use Entrance at St. James Farm In Warrenville, IL. Click Here for a map to the parking area. The special event parking is immediately adjacent to the start and finish line of the 5k which is preferable to the main entrance parking lot. Volunteers will be assisting with parking if you have any concerns.
You'll be able to pick up your shirts and bibs before the event or the morning of the race. To avoid lines on race day, we recommend picking up your shirt and bibs Saturday, Sept 20th. We will once again set up at the Naperville Running Store (South Location) from 10am-2pm that day.
Bring the whole family out as we will have specific races just for the kids on a smaller kids course. The KIDS RACE will be run AFTER the 5K event has completed. All kids 9 and under are encouraged to get out and run the custom 0.4 mile course.
Thank you for supporting the F3 Naperville & Little Friends! We can't wait for another tremendous event!
