ONE MISSION. FIVE TEAMMATES. FINISH TOGETHER.
Think you’ve got the grit? Grab five teammates and take on the East Fork Ember Foundation Mud Run! This isn’t an individual race—it’s a team challenge from the first obstacle to the finish line.
Teams of 5 start together. Teams of 5 finish together.
Run it. Climb it. Crawl it. Get muddy. Help each other through every obstacle, because your team only qualifies when all five teammates cross the finish line together.
