Get ready to lace up and embrace the sweetest tradition in Cape Coral! The Dunkin’ Donut 5K Dash is bigger than ever. This year, we’ve officially teamed up with Dunkin’ to bring you a high-energy morning of fitness, fun, and the timeless bond between law enforcement and donuts.
It’s time to show Cape Coral that America really does run on Dunkin’! Whether you're sprinting for a PR or strolling with the family, you’ll run alongside Cape Coral’s finest and enjoy a course packed with spirit. Best of all, A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Cape Coral PAL youth programs, strengthening the bond between law enforcement and our community.

5K Run (Chip-Timed)
The “Sweet” Finish: Exclusive sips at the finish line
The Dunkin 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
Four donuts total — one before each lap.
Total of 1 mile and 4 donuts.
Donuts must be consumed in the designated Dunkin zone.
Any participant who becomes sick must move safely off the course.
You may run or walk to complete the race. This will be a chip-timed race with awards.
