Join us for the 6th annual Dukes 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM!
The Wellington High School Track and Field team is once again hosting their 5k race and 1 mile Fun Run Fundraiser.
This years theme: Heroes and Villains!
Come on out, rain or shine (or snow!!), March 21st to the Wellington Dukes football stadium and support a great team of young athletes!
Be dressed to impress your favorite hero (real or make-believe) or their villainous counterparts!
Gates open at 8:00 am, 5k race starts at 9:00 am. Registration will also be available in person the day of the race for $30.
The 5k will take off from the track where you will leave the stadium and loop the area around town and finally finish where you started on the track. The 1 mile Fun Run is 4 laps around the track and starts right after the 5k runners leave the stadium area. All participants will receive a "Heroes and Villains" Dukes 5k finisher T-shirt and a custom Dukes 5k finisher medal.
The 5k will be a timed race. Overall male and female winner and age group winner awards will be presented after the race in the field house.

13 and under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.
