Get ready to celebrate inclusion, community, and the incredible Down syndrome community!
Our biggest annual event brings families, friends, and supporters together for a morning of walking, music, activities, and smiles. Every step helps create a more inclusive Rhode Island!
About This Event
The DSSRI Down Syndrome Awareness Walk & Family Fun Festival is more than just a walk; it’s a celebration of the extraordinary individuals with Down syndrome who inspire us every day. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and funds raised directly supports local advocacy, education, and life changing programs for local families. Every step you take and every dollar you raise helps us continue our mission to create a more inclusive community.

Walk kicks off at 12:00 PM (festival fun to follow!)

Each participant that registers before Sept 20th gets a FREE event t-shirt!
Your registration includes both the walk and access to all the activities at the Family Fun Festival - no extra cost!
