The Ghost Chase will start and finish near the Dover Knights of Columbus Hall at the end of West 9th St. near the Warther Museum lower parking lot in Dover. The course includes dirt roads, cemetery paths, and city streets. Chip timing. Awards for best costumes! Cool, spooky awards for overall and age group winners. Long sleeve T-shirts for all participants. Whether you wear your favorite Halloween costume or best running gear, this is a fun race with great volunteers, plenty of post-race refreshments, and a crazy course.
Invite your friends! Participants who recruit four or more additional participants will receive a $15 registration refund.
Bring the family! The Kids’ Run is a free event of about 400 yards designed for kids age 6 and under. No registration is needed and all participants will receive a race bib and a ribbon. Start time is 8:45.
All proceeds from the race benefit the Dover Knights of Columbus activities in support of St. Joseph Church and Tuscarawas Central Catholic Elementary School.
Age groups: 13 and under, 14-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over.
