Run across the Tennessee River on historic Wilson Dam and return on the Singing River Bridge.
USATF Certified 10K Course: AL16012JE
The 10K course begins at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center in Florence, AL, and proceeds across Wilson Dam and then onto a portion of the paved TVA nature trail. It continues back across the Tennessee River via the pedestrian walkway on the Singing River Bridge, and then a short distance through a residential area to the finish back at the conference center.
There will be a 90-minute time limit to complete the course.
Please do not enter if you cannot maintain at least a 14:30 pace per mile. Due to course
constraints there will be no wheelchair division. Baby joggers, strollers, and animals
will not be allowed on the course.
All runners registered before our T-shirt deadline on November 1st are guaranteed an awesome technical race shirt.
Awards for 10K Top 3 Overall Male/Female, Top Masters (40+) Male/Female, Top GrandMasters Male/Female (60+), and 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male/Female Age Groups (14U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
There will be two aid and recovery stations on the course near Mile 2 and Mile 4.5. Mile markers will be clearly displayed
and split times given at each mile. Restroom facilities will be available at the 2nd aid station.

When is the event? Saturday, November 21st, 2027 - 7:00 am CT RACE START
What time should I arrive? If you can't make it to early packet pick-up on Friday, November 20th, please plan to arrive prior to 6:30 AM to leave yourself adequate time to get check-in, receive your runner packet, and get warmed up
Can I register on race day? Yes -- we will allow race day registrations up until 15 minutes before race start, but please arrive early as there will be a line and we will have to shut-off registrations at 6:45 AM to support our planned start time
Where do I get my packet? Early Packet Pickup for the race will be held at Solid Rock Running Company in Florence, AL on Friday, November 20th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM or you can pick up your race packet starting at 6:00 am race day morning at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center
I‘m part of a group that’s running together. Can I pick up everyone’s bib? Yes! All you’ll need is their full name and everyone will be ready to take-off on Race Day!
Are shirts included with registration? Yes, if you register before the shirt deadline on November 1, your exclusive race tee in the size you order is 100% guaranteed!
When is the deadline to register and be guaranteed a race shirt? End of day November 1. After the deadline, if all shirt sizes are listed as SOLD OUT, please select the None option to complete your registration and any extra shirts will be available after the awards at the event.
Prizes: Awards will be handed out for the top three overall female and male runners, and top overall Masters (40+) and GrandMasters (60+) divisions and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals are awarded to the top three female and male finishers in each of the 10-year age groups.
What are the age groups? Male and Female groups for 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Where do I park? FREE Parking is available on-site at the Marriott Conference Center
Are strollers allowed? No, due to the nature of the terrain and crossings, this course is not stroller, wagon, or wheelchair
Are bikes, hoverboards, scooters, skateboards, push bikes, unicycles or wagons allowed on course?
We’re sorry, but no wheeled vehicles are allowed at this event.
Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed on this course. This rule is strictly ENFORCED.
Is the race timed? Yes, this event is professionally RFID chip timed by Race Ready Events

Does the 10k course have hills? Yes, there are hills along the course with a grade of 8-15%
