From the Organizer
The Central Illinois Summer Trail Series wraps up its first season in epic fashion at Farmdale Reservoir—a premier Central Illinois destination for trail running, mountain biking, and hiking, and the legendary home of the annual Farmdale Endurance Trail Runs (including the grueling 30-, 50-, and 100-mile ultras)!
With approximately 15 miles of diverse, well-maintained trails—including fast open stretches, tight twisty singletrack, fun gravity dips, ravines, meandering paths through prairie and woods, and a perfect mix of technical challenges and flow—this spot is built for adventure and has tested countless runners over the years.
Come close out the series strong, toe the line with the area's top trail talent, see where you stack up, and celebrate completing the full Summer Trail journey on one of the region's most iconic courses!
