
Cave City Holiday Parade 2 Mile is a running race on December 12, 2026 in Cave City, AR, with an entry fee of $20.

DESCRIPTION - This is a 2 mile race through town that starts at the Cave City Middle School and runs down Highway 167 to the Stop light on Center where it turns right and finishes on the scenic backstreets of Cave City through Matlock Road. Highway 167 will be a closed course featuring a huge crowd that will be set for the Christmas Parade as our runners lead the way for the annual Christmas Parade. After the race there will be an after party that all the runners are invited to at the Cave City Middle School.
*NEW WALKERS DIVISION!!! Same route, top 3 male and female walkers award division! Same benefits as 2 mile running race, but for walkers! Walking division is $20 to pre-registered and $25 Day-of-Registration. Shirt deadline is the same as running (November 29).
Race entry fees include a T-Shirt and runners in the following age groups will receive an award. Top 3 male and Top 3 female overall. Age Group Categories (Top 3 Male and Female in each age group) 0-9; 10-14; 15-19; 20 - 29; 30 - 39; 40 - 49; 50 - 59; 60 - 69; 70+
PARKING:
Parking is allowed at the Elementary School, In the lots between the Elementary and Middle School, the Softball/Baseball Gravel Lot or the Lot by the Tennis Courts off Terrie Street.
BENEFICIARY
This race will support the Cave City High School Senior Class. The proceeds will help to raise funds for the 2026 Graduation.
LOCATION
The race starts and finishes at the Cave City Middle School. Please park in the Middle or Elementary Parking lot and be mindful of the parade floats that will gather.

ENTRY FEES
$20 race fee includes race entry, T-shirt (for racers registered by November 29 after which they will be first come; first serve until gone), Cookies, and entry to the after part at the Cave City Middle School. Race day registration will begin at 3:45 PM and cut off STRICTLY at 4:45pm. Make checks payable to: Cave City School District. $25 Day of Race Registration is available (Cash or Check ONLY for day race registration).
T-SHIRTS
All runners pre-registered by November 29th will receive a T-shirt. After November 29th T-shirts will be handed out until they run out on a first come, first serve at the registration tent for anyone who signs up after November 29th or on the day of the race.. Sizes: Youth M and L and Adult S, M, L, XL, XXL. If you ARE NOT registered by November 20 there is NO GUARANTEE you will receive a shirt.
