From the Organizer
Concord Hospital's Bridge to Recovery Walk is a family-friendly community event that brings together individuals and families, local businesses, and Concord Hospital Health System providers & staff to raise awareness and support for recovery services.
Proceeds from the event benefit mental health and substance use disorder programs and services at Concord Hospital - Franklin and Concord Hospital - Laconia, helping individuals and families throughout our region access the care and support they need.
The walk is approximately 2 miles and is designed for all ages and abilities. Participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace—whether leisurely or more briskly—and enjoy the experience together. The route begins and ends on the grounds of Concord Hospital – Franklin.
Following the walk, participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast prepared by Dr. Paul Racicot and his colleagues at Boomer's Barbeque, whose culinary talents have become a favorite tradition of the event.
