Come join us for the 8th Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson's 5K Run/Walk Saturday September 19, 2026. The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region's Adopt-A-Boxer program, equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life. Registration opens June 1. Again this year we have added a $5 early bird discount if you register before September12th! ($20 adults and $15 for kids 14 and under). Regular Registration (Sept 13 through Sept 17) will be $25 adults, $20 for kids 14 and under. Race Day registration $30 adults and $25 youth. If you cannot participate this year but still wish to support our cause, you may donate by clicking on the “Donate” tab above. Just a note that we are not a 501(c)3 non-profit. We look forward to you joining us Sept. 19, 2026 and a special thanks to our sponsors! Dave Adams, Race Director try2tri@yahoo.com
