Throwback 5K, 10K & Little Boombox Miles – Get ready to rewind time and hit the pavement at our female-only Throwback 5K & 10K in Fort Worth! Inspired by the days when boomboxes, bright colors, and your favorite throwback hits filled the streets, this event is all about celebrating fitness, friendship, and fun.
Whether you're running your first race, chasing a new personal record, or simply looking for a memorable girls' day out, you'll find an encouraging community where every pace is welcome. Pull out your favorite retro outfit, gather your friends, and get ready for a race experience unlike any other.
We also offer the Little Boombox Miles, a short out-and-back fun run designed for kids who aren't quite ready to complete a full 5K. It's the perfect opportunity for young runners to join in on the excitement and cross their own finish line.
The first 200 participants to register will secure a custom race-themed bib! Your race registration includes a bib and a finisher medal, you can ADD on a race theme shirt.

Our events are designed to bring women together, build confidence, create lasting friendships, and make race day something you'll look forward to all year long. Registration is limited, and if you joined us last year, you know our races sell out. Secure your spot early, invite your friends, and don't miss one of Fort Worth's most fun female-only race experiences. If you are unable to attend, your bib and medal will not be distributed to another individual during the event.
