Welcome to Book It For Books - the literary-themed 5K in Roosevelt Park sponsored by the Friends of the Edison Public Library!
All proceeds go to supporting programs for children, adults and seniors at the Edison Public Library branches.
Registration includes a finisher’s medal and custom event socks. Add an event shirt for just $15.
The overall top 3 fastest runners will receive a placeholder to engrave their choice of words onto bricks in a pathway at North Edison Library in 2027!
Special medals will be presented to the top 3 participants in the following age groups:
- 10 and under
- 11–15
- 16–19
- 20–29
- 30–39
- 40–49
- 50–59
- 60–69
- and 70+
Come dressed as your favorite book character and enter the costume contest! Bragging rights for the year to the most original costume!
