The Black Nurses Association of Maryland Eastern Shore (BNAMES) is proud to present our 2nd Annual 5K & Health Fair, bringing together nurses, healthcare professionals, families, and community members for a day focused on health, wellness, education, and community connection.
This family-friendly event promotes healthy lifestyles while increasing awareness of important health and wellness resources within our community. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in the 5K, connect with local healthcare and community organizations, receive health education and screenings, and learn about resources that support overall well-being.
Our 5K & Health Fair reflects BNAMES’ commitment to health equity, prevention, community engagement, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health.
Join us for a day of movement, education, fellowship, and community empowerment as we continue to make a healthier Eastern Shore together.
