The Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina
The 6thAnnual Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina will be held on Sunday October 25th at 3:00 pm
The First 50 People That Register will Receive a DAM Koozie!
Awards: Top male and female overall, plus Dam Age Group Medals go 3 deep, 14 & under.
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 +,
It is a down and back course, with a water station at the Narrows Dam.
If you can't make it to the race and want the swag - we set-up a DAM Virtual Race for you.
The DAM Race Swag
You will get a DAM long-sleeve t-shirt for running the DAM race. Run fast enough and you will receive a DAM medal.
**To Guarantee a Race Shirt on Race day you must REGISTER BY 10/14. After this date if there are no available shirts, we will print additional shirts after the race
The Best Dam 5K is organized and benefits Better Badin.
Better Badin, Inc. was organized in 1978 to service the Badin Fire District, since at the time the Town of Badin was not incorporated. This small non-profit organization engages in activities for the improvement of life in and around the community and Town of Badin. Better Badin is an all-volunteer community organization that spearheads many town activities. All of the money that is raised by Better Badin goes back into the community.
