From the Organizer
The Bad Blood 5K returns to Siena University on Thursday, August 6, at 6:30 PM.
Nearly 500 participants joined us last year, and this year marks our first as part of the USATF Adirondack Grand Prix series.
To improve the race experience, runners and walkers will now start separately. Runners will continue on the same two-loop 5K course, while walkers will follow a new scenic one-loop route through Siena’s campus. Both courses begin and finish near the Siena Student Union.
The Kids Quad Dash (6:15) returns before the main event, along with team competitions, music, post-race food, and a free Common Roots beer for registered participants 21+.
Most importantly, every registration supports the Wicklund Warriors' mission of helping local families facing blood cancer.
