From the Organizer
Serenity on the Trails is more than race-it's a chance to move with purpose!
Join us for a 4-mile trail run through the scenic, single track trails of Schenectady Central Park. This unique event is set up as an open time trial, allowing runners to start their timed lap anytime between 8am and 10am, with the course closing at 11am. Whether you're chasing a PR or simply soaking in the trails, this event meets you where you are.
100% of the proceeds go to Hive of Hope, a community organization supporting recovery through connection, movement and meaningful engagement. Their work creates space for individuals to rebuild, stay active in recovery, and find belonging.
This race is held in honor of Ellen Wisnoski, our beloved sister, who lost her battle with addiction in September 2024. Her spirit lives on through this event-through community, movement, and the commitment to helping others find hope and healing.
Come run, walk, or show in support. Let's honor Ellen's legacy together.
