The 3rd Annual Back to the 80s Run/Walk is bringing all the neon, big hair, and retro beats to the streets with the 5K & 10K and a live DJ spinning 80s hits, and a post-race party.
Runners, walkers, and families will light up the course dressed in their best 80s gear — think leg warmers, bright colors, and totally tubular energy. This event is more than just a race — it’s an experience that celebrates fun, fitness, and community with a nostalgic 80s twist!

You are welcome to pickup packets for friends and family 5 packets at a time.

Please note: If you missed the T-shirt deadline, you will NOT receive a shirt during race day packet pickup. However, you may check back after the race to see if any leftover shirts are available.

Faster runners please line up in the front and walkers and strollers please line up in the back of the field. You will be chip timed so your official time will not start until you cross the starting mat.

VOLUNTEER WITH US
-Aid station (Super High Priority): Provide water to participants as they pass by. Keep course clean for runners by picking up discarded cups, bottles and trash and placing it in the provided trash cans.
-Course Monitor ( Super High Priority): Help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic away from participants and guiding participants in the right direction.
Feel free to bring pom pom, horns, music, instruments, signs etc. to encourage and cheer on runners. Bonus for creative
costumes!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelation Policy All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.
In the event of extreme weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to an half hour. Past this time, the even course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.
If conditions turns into lightening, ice or become unsafe, the event may be cancelled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
We always strive to produce a full and safe sporting event, but sometimes the weather conditions can affect those plans.
A lot of hours, days and even months goes into planning a sporting event and we do so with the best intentions. Unfortunately, no one can control the weather and race directors are not the exceptions.
Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and only modify these plans due to safety concerns some of which can be caused by weather conditions.
Thank you for your understanding of these policies and we appreciate your participation.
If you are unable to participate in the event, or the event is canceled, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course. See our virtual race information for complete details.
