The ABER DAYS 5k Walk/Run is on Sat. Aug. 1 at 8:15 am and is for runners and walkers who want to enjoy a scenic out-and-back course from ND, into MN and back. The gently winding route goes thru the beautiful and historic area of Abercrombie, Fort Abercrombie, over the Red River, thru McCauleyville then north over a creek to the turnaround and back on the same route to the Finish Line.
The 5k is accurately measured and is USA Track & Field certified ( USATF ND23009TRR - competitive runners often care). The 5k begins on the south edge of the Aber Park & Museum grounds in Abercrombie, ND.
Registrations after July 15 at midnight will not be guaranteed a T-shirt. So if you want one of those good, quality T-shirts register before midnight of July 15! The online registration deadline for the 5k Walk/Run is July 31 at 8 PM. A limited number of extra T-shirts may be available on race day at 7:15 am.
Race day registration for the 5k July 31 to on-site (day of) will be $30.
