The Silver Guardians 5K is more than just a race—it’s a community effort to protect and honor our older adults. Each year, this event raises awareness about elder abuse in all its forms, and the proceeds benefit the South Central TN Adult Abuse Coalition. The Coalition is dedicated to protecting older adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, working tirelessly to ensure that seniors in our community are treated with the dignity and safety they deserve.
