Wrap up the year with a winter tradition! Join us for the 23rd Annual Frostbite 5K/10K ❄️, benefiting the Sumner County Family YMCA, on Saturday, December 19 at the Sumner County Family YMCA.
Join us for a certified, chip-timed 5K or 10K, or take part in our Family 1 Mile Run/Walk. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome, and the course is stroller- and pet-friendly.
With approximately 500 participants each year, Frostbite is a favorite winter tradition supporting the YMCA’s mission to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility
All participants receive a race t-shirt and finisher medal.

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event will be held rain or shine.
The race benefits the Sumner County Family YMCA, supporting programs that strengthen our Hendersonville community.
