How about a Thanksgiving Day run that also supports local food pantries?
The Pfeathered Pfun Runs take place Thanksgiving Day. Choose to run either a 5K (~3 miles) or 10K (~6 miles), depending upon how hungry you want to be for dinner. For the younger runners, we also offer a Little Trotters Kids' K.
Each year since the inaugural event in 2014 (except for that year we all want to forget), this event has grown in popularity. We celebrate each finisher with medals, t-shirts and lots of pumped-up cheering! We are very excited to once again present this event again in 2025.
For those who would like to participate in the run but are not in town Thanksgiving morning, there is a virtual run option available. Same finisher medal, same t-shirt - you just do the race distance you choose on your schedule, wherever you may be.
** Note that we are now required to implement a race insurance charge in the event of injuries or accidents incurred by participants. The charge is $3.00 per participant.
