You Matter Mustang Mile Fun Run-Walk

Run or walk the You Matter Mustang Mile Fun Run at MERRITT ISLAND HIGH SCHOOL to kick-off "You Matter Day" for suicide awareness.  

Registrants receive:

• Registration is FREE this year!  First 100 registered will receive a race medal!  
• Add on a 2026 Event t-shirt for $15 if you wish (moisture wicking polyester)  Race Day is $20
• This is a non-timed run/walk
• Route will take you through MIHS, onto the track and back to the auditorium. 

After the fun-run, visit the booths at You Matter Day, throw some balls at the dunk tank, listen to some music, and visit the resource booths that will be ready and waiting for you in the high school parking lot post-race.  

• Address:  100 Mustang Way, Merritt Island, MIHS Auditorium Parking Lot
• Race Packet Pickup:    8:30 am - 9:15 am.  Head to the Auditorium for check-in
• Cost:  Surprise!  It's FREE!  Because this isn't a fundraiser, it's a positive community event. 
• Event T-shirt add-on is $15 (+ fees) Sizes guaranteed if registered by August 19, after that, we will do our best to accommodate your shirt size need.  
• Walk-Up Registrations the day of are accepted until 9 am.  Day of event shirt is $20, so register online early! 
• Start Line is in the Merritt Island High student parking lot, then run or walk the beautiful Merritt Island Mustang campus! 
• Finish back in the Auditorium parking lot.  
• Parking:  From Courtenay Pkwy, turn in at the light at CVS.  Park in the outer parking lot.
• Post Race:  Check in at the Welcome Tent and grab a passport, then visit the community resource booths and school booths to earn tickets for great drawing prizes!
