Join us on Saturday, September 5th for the Wolcottville Sign Project 5K Fun Run\Walk & 1 Mile Dash!
This community event is raising funds for a new town entrance sign for Wolcottville - something our community can be proud of for years to come.
The event will feature 2 races designed for all ages and experience levels:
1 Mile Fun Run (Ages 13 & under) - $20
5K Run\Walk - $25
Race day registration available. Prices increased by $5 on race day. Limited T-shirts available.
We will kick things off at 9:00 AM with the 1 Mile Fun Run, followed by the 5K at 9:30 AM.
Both the 1 Mile course is a tunnel of trees with bubbles and a fun, family- friendly atmosphere both races will begin at 2323 E 1150 N Wolcottville. Indiana.
New for 2026! Our police-approved course has been redesigned with runner safety as the top priority while preserving the scenic beauty that makes this race a favorite. Led by a four-wheeler and clearly marked from start to finish, the route begins at Field of Dreams Park, winds through the shaded Railroad Trail and beautiful Taylor Park, continues through historic downtown Wolcottville, and features a peaceful run beneath towering trees in our historic cemetery. With plenty of shade, a water station, professional timing, and the excitement of the Wolcottville Labor Day Festival, it’s easy to see why so many participants return year after year!
NEW THIS YEAR: BOTH RACES WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY TIMED!
All participants in the 1 Mile will receive a medal for participation. The top three winners will receive additional awards. Awards will be given to top finisher in the 5K.
All proceeds will go toward the Wolcottville Sign Project and continue community improvements. Thank you for supporting our town.
Shirts must be ordered by August 19th. Extras will be available while supplies last.
