From the Organizer
The Road to Wellness is a free event celebrating movement, community, and the beautiful Roxbury neighborhood. All ages, all paces, all fitness levels welcome—no experience required.
Presented through a partnership between HoodFit, The Dimock Center, and the Boston Athletic Association, Road to Wellness takes a community-based approach to health.
The event kicks off with a free 12-week Summer Training Series designed to help participants build confidence and community ahead of race day, culminating in a September celebration featuring a 5K Run, 2-Mile Walk, Kids' Fun Zone, and a Health & Fitness Pavilion featuring local health and wellness exhibitors.
Whether you're crossing the finish line for the first time or just showing up for your community, you belong at the Road to Wellness. Join us!
