The Teter Twilight 5k Run for the Honey begins at 7:00 pm. This 5k run/jog/walk will be cross-country style along mostly wooded paths that highlight Teter's new and old trails along the scenic White River. Bring the dogs and kids and enjoy a run or leisurely stroll, all while contributing to a good cause. The race will be timed. Every participant will receive a commemorative jar of honey while supplies last. Medals for first-place winners in Women, Men, Youth Boys Ages 15-18, Youth Girls Ages 15-18, Boys U14 & Girls 14U; second-place medals for Women, Men, Youth Ages 15-18 and Kids 14U. Honey and Soap will also be awarded for various categories.
Check-in will begin at 5:30-6:45 pm with the competitive race-jog-walk starting at 7:00 pm with runners first, joggers second, and walkers third.
All proceeds will fund Teter's mission of increasing access to healthy food for the vulnerable and providing ecological education while building community.
