Steps 4 Survivors is a running race on October 1–31, 2026 in Knoxville, TN.
From the Organizer
This October, join us for Breast Connect's inaugural month-long walk-a-thon during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Designed for survivors, by survivors, this event unites walkers and teams across Tennessee (and beyond) in a peer-to-peer fitness and fundraising challenge. From mileage tracking to weekly group walks and social media mini-challenges, Steps 4 Survivors keeps your brand visible while raising awareness of a disease that affects 1 in 8 women.
Every dollar raised strengthens Breast Connect's programs for breast cancer survivors at every stage of their journey. The campaign builds to a celebratory Steps 4 Survivors Picnic on November 8th at the beautiful Ijams Nature Center. Through this event, you'll connect with a community walking, fundraising, and making an impact all October long!
