Description
Join Us for the 1st Annual Friends of the Poor® Walk – Steps of Hope
St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church • Cedar Park, TX • September 19, 2026
Take a step of faith and compassion by joining the Friends of the Poor® Walk. Every step and every donation helps the Society of St. Vincent de Paul provide hope and assistance to neighbors facing hardship due to illness, job loss, or unexpected financial challenges.
SVdP volunteers serve all people in need, regardless of religion, race, or national origin, helping families with essential needs such as rent, utilities, food, clothing, and other critical support. Funds raised will also help provide special necessities such as children's shoes, Christmas gifts, refrigerators, and household appliances for families struggling to make ends meet.
Walk. Give. Serve. Bring hope to our neighbors in need.
Walk in Hope. Walk in Faith. Walk for Our Neighbors in Need.
The Friends of the Poor® Walk is more than a walk—it is a living expression of Christ's call to love and serve one another. Every step you take helps provide hope, dignity, and essential support to individuals and families facing hardship in our community.
