From the Organizer
Join the team from Synapse Center for Health and Healing on September 13th, 2025 at 10am for the 4th annual Set the Pace with State of Grace 5k run/walk fundraiser! The State of Grace Foundation was developed by the founder and CEO of Synapse, Dr. Troy Spurrill, in order to provide assistance for individuals that could not otherwise afford functional medicine treatments. We invite our families, friends and patients, of all ages to come together and celebrate healing for all.
If you would like to support us further, please consider an additional donation to support the State of Grace Foundation.
