September Run 100 Miles plus One Challenge
September 1 - 30, 2026
Run 100 Miles in the month of September 2026 plus complete either one sit-up or one push-up based on the number of miles you run per day.
30 days to run 100 miles, 30 days to complete either 100 sit-ups or 100 push-ups (More Advanced? want more? complete both the sit-ups & the push-ups)
Examples:
Run 3 miles do 3 sit ups or 3 pushups
Run 5 miles do 5 sit ups or 5 pushups
Run 10 miles do 10 sit ups or 10 pushups
More advanced can challenge yourself by doing both sit-ups & the pushups
You choose the number of miles you want to run BUT at the end of the 30 day month you should have a minimum of 100 miles and 100 sit-ups or push-ups.
