🎉 Get Ready to Lace Up with the Saline County Striders! 🎉
We’re thrilled to announce our 6th Annual Run/Walk Clinic—back by popular demand and better than ever! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned runner, this free 6-week training program is designed for EVERYONE, no matter your age or ability.
Starting October 12, 2026, you’ll embark on a fun-filled journey that will lead you to your graduation event—a lively clinic 5K also hosted by the Saline County Striders on November 21, 2026.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
When? Clinic sessions kick off at 6:00 PM every Monday and Thursday at Bryant Junior High for the first three weeks, then River Center in Benton for the last three weeks.
Bonus Sessions: Get extra miles in with our Strider group runs at 6:00 AM every Saturday. Locations will vary, but they’ll always be in the Saline County area.

No matter your fitness level, we’ve got a group just for you:
Walker Group: Learn to walk up to 3 miles with intervals of slow and fast walking. Each week, you'll see your pace and endurance grow!
Beginning Runner Group A: Perfect for those who aren’t running yet but want to conquer that 5K.
Beginning Runner Group B: If you can run for 3 minutes or less at a time, this group will help you build up your stamina.
Intermediate Runner: Ready to run more consistently? We’ll help you build up to a solid 3-mile run.
Advanced Runner: Looking to up your speed and distance? This group is all about pushing your limits!
Join us at Bryant Junior High Track for our first session on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6 PM. It’s going to be an amazing experience filled with camaraderie, motivation, and plenty of fun!
