Run4Heroes

Join us for our annual 5K run/walk, “Honoring Warriors, Running for the Heroes of Ukraine,” as we come together in remembrance of the brave Ukrainian men and women who have given their lives in the fight for freedom and independence since 2014.

As many of you know, I lost my brother, Igor, on August 12, 2025. He voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the very first day of the full-scale invasion and fought until his last breath. I also have many friends who are still serving on the front lines, those in captivity, those missing in action, and families who have lost their loved ones defending Ukraine.

We invite you to join us as we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, support those who continue to defend their country, and stand with Ukraine!

 Participants are encouraged to dedicate their run to a specific Ukrainian Hero - whether a loved one or someone they’ve never met - whose sacrifice continues to inspire us.

Let us run with purpose. Walk with remembrance. Stand with Ukraine!

🛤️ Route: Along scenic Kelly Drive, turning near the General Ulysses Grant statue

🅿️ Parking: Available at The Oval (in front of the museum) and surrounding areas

💵 Participation: Free registration | Suggested donation: $20+

🧡 All proceeds from this event will support the Veteran Hub " Restart 2025" in my hometown Oleksandriya, Ukraine, a space dedicated to supporting veterans, families of fallen Heroes, missing in action or service members in captivity.
