
Run like a Girl Series is a running race on September 19 – October 17, 2026 in Desoto, TX, with entry fees from $30 to $45.

Join Amber and friends in the Run like a Girl 5K/10K series. This run series is a meaningful run journey dedicated to empowering girls around the world through sports. Together each race tells a story of a girl growing into a confident athlete. All races supports Bras for Girls, a charity providing sports bras and breast health education to girls who want to stay active, and confident.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or prefer to walk, this event is open to all fitness levels. Come move at your own pace while making a powerful impact.
Participants will enjoy a supportive, community-driven atmosphere, with a water station available along the course to keep you refreshed. All finisher's will be celebrated with a well-earned finisher medal.1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers will receive an additional medal.
This will NOT be a time chipped race.
By signing up and donating, you’re helping break barriers and giving girls the confidence and comfort they need to participate in sports without limitations.

Bib Pick up Information
Race Bibs and pins can be picked up the morning of promptly at 6:45am.
Parking
Parking will be directly in the Ernie Roberts Park parking lot. After you park, head to the right of the playgrounds where you will pick up your bibs under the pavilions.
Restrooms
There is currently only one porta potty located on the park grounds, therefore we recommend using the restroom before you arrive. Please bring toilet tissue, wipes, and hand sanitizer Incase you have to use the porta potties.
