Biblesta is the first Saturday in October. The "Run of the Son" is a 5K Run and 3K Walk the Saturday morning of Biblesta. Located in the heart of Humboldt, Kansas. The route will take you across and through the community ending back up at the square where all the festivities will begin. All fitness levels and all ages are welcome to participate. Start your day getting up and moving forward in "Run for the Son." Run for the challenge, run for the fun, run for the son.
This year all proceeds going to "Run for the Son" will be matched by Biblesta, and donated to a non-profit organization "A New Name Inc." "A New Name Inc." has the mission of empowering communities through education and employment with the love of Jesus. The hands and feet behind this mission is spread from Oklahoma to Kansas to Missouri. They travel to the mission field located all way in Southeast Asia in a country called, Cambodia.
