Rock and Run for Mental Health is a live music, 5k race, 1-mile fun run/walk, food truck, and wellness vendor event for mental health! Held on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, 9 a.m. to noon at Rochester Community Park, 90 Wildrose Ln. in Rochester, Illinois.
Proceeds provide free counseling sessions to uninsured individuals and those in need.

Please note: Runsignup charges a small processing fee. Shirts and medals must be picked up at packet pickup times. Shipping not available. Registrations after 8/16/26 will not receive a hoodie and medals are while supplies last at the finish line. Final hoodie product and graphics may vary.
