The Sunset Bay Experience day-long events and activities will be held on Saturday, August 15th at The Sunset Bay Beach Club and Cabana Sam’s Sunset Bay Grill in Irving, NY.
The day will begin with the 15th Annual Reach the Beach 5K Run/Walk at 9:30 a.m. This sanctioned race starts and ends at the Sunset Bay Beach Club. The course takes runners over Iola Drive, through Sunset Bay, and down South Shore Drive, twice.
All registrants will get free parking & beach access for the day.
After the race head over to Cabana Sam’s Sunset Bay Grill for our Craft and Vendor Show. Vendors will be displaying their wares from 12 to 5 p.m. at this beachside marketplace.
Enjoy a meal at Cabana Sam’s while listening to live music. Be sure to purchase tickets for the Basket Raffle and to take your chances on the “Basket of CHEER!”
All proceeds from the day will benefit the Sunset Bay Volunteer Fire Department.
