Road course on a mixture of gravel and pavement, mostly pavement. It is a fairly flat course with a couple of short rolling hills. Runners will run through the historical town of Appalachia, VA. The race starts and finishes at Complete Cardio, located next to the Appalachia Town Clerks Office.
