Port Sanilac Splash & Dash 5K & 2M Fun Run (All K9 Friendly)

The Port Sanilac Splash & Dash is proud to be part of Port Sanilac SummerFest — a fun-filled weekend celebration on the shores of Lake Huron, July 24–26, 2026! Whether you're here for the race or the full festival experience, come ready to celebrate community, summer, and everything that makes Port Sanilac special. Bring Fido and bring the beach vibes! Dogs are welcome at the Port Sanilac Splash & Dash — let them run, ride in a stroller, or be carried right across the course. Every participating canine will receive a collar-clip medal, and the first K9 to cross the finish line wins a special medal. And don't forget — this is a beach party! From beachwear to boating flair, the best-dressed human participant will also take home an award.

The Port Sanilac Splash & Dash is a chip-timed race along the beautiful shores of Port Sanilac, winding through streets and parks in our scenic Lake Huron waterfront community. Participants may choose between a 5K race and a 2-mile fun run/walk, making this a great event for runners, walkers, families, and visitors alike.

Each registration includes an event T-shirt. Awards will be presented to first-place finishers in each age group, and all participating canines will receive a collar-clip medal. Proceeds benefit children's play equipment and improvements at our Harbor Park.
