P.O. Chris Hoban Memorial 5 Mile and 5K Run/Walk sponsored by the Xaverian Police Alumni - Sunday, September 20, 2026
Course
The 5 Mile Run starts and finishes at Xaverian located at 7100 Shore Road in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. The route runs along the promenade to the Verrazano Bridge and returns along Third Avenue to Xaverian.
The 5K route starts at Xaverian and goes down and back along the harbor promenade and returns to Xaverian.
If you are planning to Walk the 5K please line up behind the runners at the start.
Times
• Opening Ceremony begins at 10:00am - P.O. Christopher Hoban Service to New York Award
• 5 Mile Run & 5K Run/Walk starts at 10:30am (rain or shine).
• The Kids Dash will take place at the completion of the run in front of Xaverian - All participants receive a short sleeve t-shirt and a medal at the finish line (while supplies last)

Interested in Running as a team? The lowest combined scores of 3 males and/or 3 females will be used to determine the winners. Team names need to be identified on the registration form.
