From the Organizer
Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026 for the 21st Annual Pedaling for Payson Bike Event at Elm Brook Park in Hopkinton, NH!
This community event attracts cyclists and supporters of the Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care each year, raising vital funds to support its mission. These funds help provide our most vulnerable patients with a Nurse Navigator—a dedicated staff member who serves as a “professional family member,” guiding patients through their journey and providing medical, community, and financial resources they need. This in turn, helps to ease anxiety related to their treatment. No one should face cancer alone, and by participating in Pedaling for Payson, you help ensure that every patient at the Payson Center has access to this essential support.
Come out and join us for a road, mountain, or gravel ride. Whatever your reason may be, consider joining in on all that Pedaling for Payson has to offer.
