From the Organizer
Join Peak Performance's experienced coaches for a fun summer running camp. We will meet twice per week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8AM. Camp will begin with an informational session on June 9th and will formally kick off on June 16th. Each session will be 60-70 minutes long. Every session will include a warm up, run, and useful information to prepare runners for their fall cross country season. Topics will include: race day routine, warm up and cool down procedures, running nutrition, gate analysis and shoe selection, good running form, strength training and core work, as well as a training plan for the other days during the summer.
Runners will receive a camp shirt, resistance bands for core work, and Peak Performance vendor giveaways. Sign up now to prepare yourself for a successful fall cross country season!
