HERO HARVEST 5K Fun Run - Rain or Shine
Saturday October 3, 2026 at 8:30 am after the Veteran Ceremony
Race: Hero Harvest is sponsored by Operation Veteran and Caregiver support. All proceeds from the race help programs offered by Operation Veteran and Caregiver support to connect, empower and transform the lives of all veterans, families, widows and active duty in all branches.
Registration: Online at https://cantstoprunningco.rsupartner.com/ - Ages 13+ $25 and 5-12 $15 runners/walkers will receive a race number, t-shirt and snack at the end of the race. You must be registered by September 20 to guarantee a t-shirt. Call Kayleen at 937-541-5079 for help with registration.
Pre-Packet Pickup: Pre-packet pick-up will be 5-7:30 pm on Friday, October 2, 2025 at 987 E Ash St Suite A03 Piqua, OH 45356
Race Day Check-in: 7:00-8:15 am, Lock 9 Park 125 E Water St Piqua, OH 45356
Course: The course runs from Lock 9 south along the Great Miami River Trail. The course will be marked and a water station located at the half-way mark.
Divisions: Male and Female ages – 9 & Under, 10-14 , 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up.
Awards: Top Male/Female overall and Male/Female top three (3) finishers in each age division.
The race timing is done by Can’t Stop Running Co. All results will be announced after the race at Lock 9. They will also be posted on our website https://operationveterancaregiver.org/ and cantstoprunningco.com.
