8th Annual MSJ 5K

Mount St. Joseph University, Cincinnati, OH
Join us on a Saturday, 9/26 for a 5K Run or Walk through Mount St. Joseph University and surrounding campus.

Course:
5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
Divisions:
19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80
Awards Recognition:
Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.
Pre-Race activities:
Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.
Post Race Celebration:
Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available

Adults 18-64:
$30
Youth 17 and under, Seniors 65 and over, MSJ Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni
$20
Registration includes chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events. After 9/3/26, T-shirts are included while supplies last.
T-Shirts:
All participants registered before September 3rd will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration. You must be signed up prior to 9/3/26 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after 9/3/26 will receive a shirt while supplies last.
Note: All registrations are to be done online including race day.
No Sweat Option:
Can't make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option". We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support.

Thursday, September 24th 11:00-1:00 in Quad near Seton Center Lobby
Friday, September 25th 4:00-6:00 in Quad near Seton Center Lobby
Race Day Check in and Packet Pick up:
7:30 am - 8:15 am at Upper East Lot.

All registrations are to be done online. Online registration will be available through race day.

Final results will be posted online here and at the race.
