From the Organizer
If you are looking for a reason to run other than the run itself, here is the Race for YOU!
Run your traditional 5k or 10k chip timed trail run and then hang around for free pancakes and cheer on the All Abilities walk/runners.
Cheer, Celebrate – Everyone’s Invited!
Lace up for a morning full of movement, encouragement, and community fun!
Whether you're hitting the trail for the 5K or 10K, or cheering on participants in the All Abilities Run/Walk (2.25-mile or 1.6-mile loop), there's something for everyone. The 5K and 10K are traditional trail runs, and part of your entry fee helps support the All Abilities event, making it possible for more people to join in the joy.
The All Abilities 2.25-mile or 1.6-mile course is accessible and welcoming, following mostly flat, paved bike paths with a short section of hard-packed gravel at the start. Every participant is encouraged to bring a friend, family member, or support buddy to run alongside or cheer from the sidelines. Volunteers will be on the course to offer guidance and motivation.
After your run, stick around for FREE pancakes, snacks, drinks, and high-fives all around. Let’s lift each other up and celebrate what we can accomplish together!
